The chassis of the Monster Beetle is identical to that the Off-Road Marder, Beetle and Pajero models. Wheels, body mounts as well as the cut of the Beetle body have all been altered. Despite the oversize 'Big Foot' wheels the driving performance of the Monster Beetle is superior. To reduce weight the wheels are produced in one piece; the tyres are equipped with a fabric insert in order to prevent tyre extension according due to centrifugal force with increasing r.p.m. The Monster Beetle comes with a powerful Zenoah 26ccm combustion engine which runs with an ordinary 2-stroke petrol-oil mixture. The tank capacity of 0.7 litres allows you to drive for around 45- 60 minutes. The engine can be started without difficulty using the integrated pull-start system.
