The all-new Hot Bodies D8 buggy is set to take rallycross racing to the next level! Taking the latest elements of today's fastest competition-level buggies and combining them with the freshest ideas and racing designs, the D8 is the newest and hottest 1/8th scale nitro buggy on the scene!

The D8 has been wowing racers and spectators across the USA and UK in prototype form, and when you get the kit in your hands you'll find yourself on the podium in no time!!

Designed and fully tested in the US, UK and Japan, the D8 was designed by Josh Altman, Team HB's lead off-road designer and one of the foremost current RC designers. He designed the D8 totally fresh from the ground up, and has been working closely with the entire HB off-road team for months, perfecting the kit for the fastest racers in the world.

The D8 starts with a brand new chassis made from a solid chunk of 4mm thick 7075 aluminium, with 10 degrees of front kick-up. The chassis plate has angled sides for extreme stiffness front-to-rear, giving you a solid platform for race tuning.

The suspension of any racing car is supremely important, and while most RC racing cars these days have 'good' suspension, it takes something really special to have 'amazing' suspension, and this is where racing knowledge, a complete racing team, months of testing and a top-notch designer come in handy. The new HB Big Bore shocks are MASSIVE - at 16mm across, they are some of the biggest shocks you can find on any racing kit. With rubber boots, hard-anodized bodies and threaded adjustments, they have all the standard features you'd expect from any top-level competition kit.
