Clutch bell bearings are constantly under stress, heat and high RPM. This leads to them being destroyed fairly quickly in some cases leaving you with no car and possibly further damage.

 

This pack of Metal Shielded clutch bell bearings is just what you need to replace your standard rubber sealed bearings, the metal shield is much stronger than any sealed bearing which in turn means longer life aswell as a faster bearing due to lower friction.
