Despatch & delivery of orders

We endeavour to despatch orders placed before 3:30pm (Monday-Friday) on the same day, subject to stock availability and security checks. Most orders placed outside this time are processed the following working day - except Fridays.

Returns and Refunds

 ...are both easy as part of our total customer service. We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

 
• Faulty Goods

You must inform us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement. If you wish to return goods please contact us for advice on the best method to use. We will refund the cost of postage.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).

• Unwanted Items

If you cancel an order after it has already been dispatched, you must return the products to us at your cost unopened and within their original packaging.  As long as the order is returned within 30 days, we will credit you with the price of the products, less 7.5% restocking fee if the products are not faulty.
